John Lyddon-Chairman
John Lyddon is the Chairman and founder of Cornerstone Leicester Ltd.
With over twenty years experience in the training industry, advising and guiding students to their own goals and self achievements.
His qualifications include:
- D32/D33 Assessors Award
- 34 Internal Verifiers
- D36 Accreditation of Prior Learning Advisor Award
- NVQ Levels 4 in Advice and Guidance
A writer of numerous courses and booklets including coping with stress, Working in a Day Centre, Coping with Aggression in the workplace and various motivation and Vocational Short courses.
Nilesh Ramji- Managing Director
Nilesh Ramji who, together with John Lyddon set up the Cornerstone venture, has over Ten years experience in training.

- Various Information qualifications
Nelish also has a successful history of dealing with government organisations.
Bhagvati Lumbhani
She joined Cornerstone in June 2004 as a voluntary IT tutor. She's currently working on her teachers training qualification and possess a variety of IT qualifications, as well as being multilingual. She teachers NCFE in Telematics level 1 and 2, NCFE IT level 1 to Further Education and E2E students.
Ethel Mhute
Ethel joined Cornerstone ( Leicester ) Ltd in 2003 and teaches NCFE Certificate for I.T. users Levels 1 to 3. She is currently working towards her MCSE and MCSA certifications.
Shabniz Kara
Shabniz has recently joined Cornerstone (Leicester) Ltd as a member of staff and will be the first member of our team you will see on entering our training facility as she works on reception. Always bright and cheerful, Shabniz sees everyone that come through our doors, students and customers alike.
Peter Harris
Peter has been with us for over a year and has a major role in dealing with our client group and employers. After gaining a wide experience across a broad spectrum of commercial activities and involved in the delivery of New Deal programme in Leicester and Birmingham. Peter is the Entry to Employment recruitment executive responsible for the delivery of E2E.
Joe Nicholl
20 years experience in HR at director level Joe is no stranger to top management with extensive experience in large industry.
Simon Palmer
